Terms & Conditions

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Reward" is defined as: one (1) fifty-dollar ($50) Live Event Credit redeemable at TerrysChocolate.thetixfix.com.


2. In order to qualify, you must purchase two (2) or more Terry’s Chocolate products at participating stores during the promotional period from October 1, 2026 to February 14, 2027. To qualify for the Reward, you must upload proof of purchase and submit Application Form within fourteen (14) days of purchase.


3. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.


4. Must be a legal resident of continental United States.


5. The Promotion will run from October 1, 2026 to February 14, 2027.


6. Customer must redeem their Reward no later than 11:59 PM ET December 31, 2027.


7. The full value of the Reward must be redeemed in one transaction. Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Reward are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.


8. Valid credit card or PayPal account will be required to pay any amounts that exceed the Reward amount of $50.  


9. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Live Event Credit Codes and will not issue or replace Reward in any of these events.


10. Any suspected or actual abuse of the Policy may result in immediate deactivation of the Reward Code without warning and possible cancellation of any redeemed products and services.


11. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Reward will be provided.


12. Reward is void where prohibited.


13. Reward is non-transferrable.


14. Reward has its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this promotion that are required 

to utilize this Reward and are required for and binding upon Reward redemption. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.


15. Reward can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.


16. Reward Codes cannot be stacked. The Reward Code provided must be used in one transaction.


17.   The use of the thetixfix.com website and the content is used at the Customer's own risk.


18. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.


19. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.


20. Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts and cannot be used towards gift card purchases.


21. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by TLC Marketing (the “Promoter”), TheTixFix.com, and Terry’s Chocolate. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.


22. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Terry’s Chocolate, TheTixFix.com and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.


23. The Reward may only be applied to those tickets sold by TheTixFix.com before the expiration date on 12/31/2027. Reward cannot be applied to any purchases after the expiration date or not in the TheTixFix.com then current inventory. The Released Parties do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific event tickets in TheTixFix.com inventory at the time of Reward redemption.


24. The Released Parties will not be liable for any personal loss, injury, or any disagreements concerning quality of services or products from TheTixFix.com and will not accept any liability for personal loss or injury. Any dispute must be settled directly with TheTixFix.com.


25. Each stadium, venue, etc. may have its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward, which will be binding upon choice of event. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.


26. Reward are not transferable for sale or resale and are not redeemable for cash or credit.


27. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Reward in any of these events.


28. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Reward will be provided.


29. Failure to appear at the venue/stadium at the posted time of the event may result in the event being closed to admittance. Under these circumstances, the Reward shall be considered redeemed and the ticket may be voiced for use. Further, specific venues may have to reschedule certain events and may do so in their sole discretion. In the event of such instance the Released Parties shall not be responsible for any ticket refunds or future use. All issues related to cancellation or rescheduling of any event are the sole responsibility of the specific venue. In all instances the Customer shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees required for entry.


30. By participating in this promotion, you understand that Live Event tickets purchased through TheTixFix.com include their own Terms and Conditions that must be accepted prior to purchasing. The Terms and Conditions include, but are not limited to, COVID-19 related event cancellations and postponement. To assure fans’ safety during these uncertain times, all tickets are subject to restrictions and requirements put in place by venues, teams, or government authorities as it pertains to proof of COVID-19 vaccination, proof of negative COVID-19 test, social distancing, wearing personal protective gear, age restrictions, or similar measures. If you cannot attend the event due to your failure or inability to comply with such requirements, you will not receive a refund. If the event is held without fans or reasonably similar seats are not available, you will receive a refund as if the event was cancelled.


31. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.


32. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.


33. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
